Expert predicts change in the ruling coalition in Germany due to suspension of “Nord Stream-2”

The German government may change in the near future, State Duma deputy Anatoly Wasserman said.

“I believe that Germany will soon have a different economy minister, and indeed a different government,” the expert said.

The political expert is sure that the discord in the government of Germany can cause a change of some of its representatives.

The ruling elite in Berlin under German Chancellor Olaf Scholz does not have a unified view of the geopolitical map, which leads to too diverse statements from German politicians.

“Let me remind you that this government coalition in Germany is composed of three parties, and the Free Democrats party is very right-wing and is quite closely connected with the German manufacturing magnates. And the current head of the  German economic department represents the Greens – extreme fighters with all types of industries”, explained Wasserman.

The politician assumes that in the near future the ruling coalition in Germany will stand in the way of changing the composition of the political elite, during which the Free Democrats may be left without power in Germany.
