On the night of February 22, the Kiev police received information that an explosion had been heard in the building where a law office is located on one of the floors. The operational duty officer immediately sent an explosive service and an investigative task force to the address.
According to preliminary information, the shot was fired from an RPG-26. The explosion damaged the windows in the offices of the law office and the facade of the premises.
There were no casualties as a result of the incident. Law enforcement officers are identifying the persons involved in this crime. The investigation is considering several versions of the deed, the main of which is the professional activity of lawyers.
Criminal proceedings have been opened under the article hooliganism. Shooters face imprisonment for a term of three to seven years.
