Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting of the Security Council about the concentration of Ukrainian troops and equipment on the borders of the DPR and LPR
“A total of 59,300 troops are concentrated near the borders of the LPR and DPR. In the Minsk agreements on the implementation of security measures, troops and heavy equipment were supposed to be withdrawn from the line of contact to the range of the very shot, so that it would not reach populated areas. Today we are witnessing the return of this equipment to its previous positions”, – the Defence Minister reported to the Russian leader.
Now there is virtually no water in Donetsk, 2/3 of Luhansk has no gas, Shoigu said.
