“I made it clear at the meeting [with Zelensky] that this is a dynamic situation. And depending on what happens in the coming days, we will reassess the needs of Ukraine and our ability to provide support, we have been doing this for many months”, TASS quoted her as saying.
Harris added that if the situation in Ukraine escalates, the United States will impose “the toughest sanctions ever applied” against Russia. At the same time, she made a reservation that “there is still a diplomatic way out of this situation.”
