Ukraine did not allow OSCE observers to inspect the place where shell allegedly hit kindergarten in stanitsa Luhanska

Ukraine did not allow OSCE observers to inspect the place where a shell allegedly hit a kindergarten in the territory controlled by Kiev.

Observers were only allowed to look from afar, referring to the fact that an investigation was underway on the spot, Strana reports, citing the mission report.

However, yesterday the EU called “absolutely unacceptable” the shelling of the kindergarten in Stanytsia Luhanska. In particular, Josep Borrell said that such “shelling” is a “clear violation of the Minsk agreements.”

The accusations against the LPR of allegedly shelling a kindergarten in the village of Stanytsia Luhanska (controlled by Ukraine) are staged, said the head of the People’s Militia Yan Leshchenko.

According to him, the Ukrainian military is promoting staged materials about the destruction of civilian infrastructure, allegedly as a result of the actions of the militias, to conceal their criminal activities.

Many experts and ordinary Internet users also expressed doubts about the origin of the destruction in the photos presented by Kiev. For example, they pointed out that after an alleged shell hit, the wall collapsed, bricks flew off, and toys and balls remained on the shelves.

Also, all the glass in the windows survived. This is unreal if a not staged shelling occurs.
