Refugees from Donbas arriving in Rostov Region will be provided with hot meals and everything they need, including medical assistance
The Russian president’s press secretary, Dmitriy Peskov, made the statement.
He said that Vladimir Putin instructed the government to urgently ensure the payment of 10,000 rubles to each refugee arriving in Rostov Region from Donbas.
The Russian president also instructed the acting head of the Emergencies Ministry, Chupriyan, to urgently fly to Rostov Region to organize conditions for accommodation.
