LPR head Leonid Pasechnik announced the evacuation of citizens of the republic to the Russian Federation
“In order to prevent casualties among the civilian population, I urge the residents of the republics that do not have mobilization orders, as well as those not involved in the provision of social and civil infrastructure, as soon as possible to leave for the territory of the Russian Federation. I instruct the heads of territories, law enforcement agencies, and emergency services to ensure the organized evacuation of social facilities and help the population to reach the border checkpoints”, – the statement said.
Earlier it was reported that the DPR began evacuating civilians of the Republic to Russia.
