Zelensky once again asks Putin to talk

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has once again invited Russian leader Vladimir Putin to hold talks

He said that diplomacy would begin when Russia and Ukraine sit down at the negotiating table. Zelensky stressed his readiness for “any format” of negotiations.

Meanwhile, the Donbass Republics are exhausted by massive shelling. Earlier we reported that Tochka-U missile systems, which are located in western Ukraine, are being prepared for combat use and relocation to Donbas, the DPR’s NM said.

“The 19th AFU missile brigade in Khmelnitsky is maintaining Tochka-U operational and tactical missile complexes and preparing them for combat use. According to our intelligence, the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is planning to move this unit to Donbas in the near future”, –  the report said.

For his part, Russian leader’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday that Kiev had repeatedly suggested a meeting between Putin and Zelensky, but never said why exactly.
