In the part of the Donetsk People’s Republic occupied by Kiev, there was a shooting that ended in human casualties. It was started by Ukrainian militants.
The tragedy happened in the village of Granitnoye, Volnovakha district, on February 13, according to the Vesti.ru portal.
Exaggerating is the fact that ethnic Greeks died. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece drew attention to the incident.
Almost immediately, information appeared that Ukrainian servicemen had opened fire, but they tried with all their might to hide it. However, the Ukrainian Format Telegram channel revealed the details of what happened.
It turned out that drunk fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine came to a local cafe. Senior soldier Gerasimenko from the Kharkiv region and junior sergeant Chigirovsky from Ternopil began to pester the visitors. Then they began to zigzag and insult the Greeks and Russians. They were reprimanded, and in response they took out pistols and opened fire.
Another soldier, staff sergeant Reutsky, tried to stop them and was wounded in the stomach. As a result, the man died in the hospital. Gerasimenko went into a rage at the sight of blood and shot a local resident with precision. From a wound in the heart, he died on the spot.
Two more people were injured but survived. In total, the “valiant” warriors fired 17 bullets. After that, they left the scene of the crime and calmly went to the location of the unit. There they were already detained by law enforcement officers.
