German journalist, political scientist, historian, former advisor to the German government Alexander Rahr said during the show Solovyov Live that there are good analysts in Europe, people who should make the right decisions to preserve peace and stability in the region.
“They understand very well that if they kick Russia out of Europe, it will find plenty of alternatives in Asia, and that India and China will never support sanctions against Russia, that Russia will be less weakened by sanctions than the West. But we are dealing with hysteria being fomented here by certain forces that do not want to negotiate with Russia. For them it is a loss if they have to negotiate a security adjustment in Europe with Putin. They are standing their ground so that the monopoly world would live by the Western norms,” the expert said.
