French presidential candidate Eric Zemmour said that Washington is trying to provoke Russia as much as possible in order to destroy Moscow’s relations with Berlin.
“When you say that the US is only concerned with China. Yes, this is their favorite opponent. And they want to drag us into conflict with China. But they are also engaged in Europe in order to enslave Western Europe, which is asking for this, this is voluntary slavery. And the United States is trying to find more disagreements with Russia in order to divide Germany, France and Russia”, Zemmur said on the radio station France Inter, RIA Novosti writes.
The French presidential candidate stressed that the US administration “has done a lot to provoke Russia.” According to Zemmour, Russian leader Vladimir Putin is “a patriot of the Russian Federation, a poet defending the interests of the country.”
Recall that Zemmour positions himself as a representative of right-wing political views. In particular, he is known for his radical position on the issue of immigration: the candidate proposed to expel two million foreigners from France, including students from the African continent.
