“War will be short” – Forbes has provided a devastating analysis of Ukraine’s fleet

The Russian navy will be Ukraine’s main problem in a hypothetical confrontation

The US media do not abandon attempts to foment the myth of a “Russian invasion” of Ukraine. Numerous statements by Kremlin officials about Russia’s lack of intentions to attack its neighbour have not prevented Forbes columnist David Axe from providing another scenario of a hypothetical clash between Moscow and Kiev. This time, the American publicist got caught up in a comparison of the fleets of both countries.

“Russia’s Black Sea fleet has six powerful submarines. While the Ukrainian navy is a purely symbolic force. So the war at sea will undoubtedly be a short one”, –  Ex writes.

The Russian Black Sea Fleet will easily clear water areas from enemy ships. According to the American publicist, Ukraine has a disastrously modest arsenal of warships, countering the Russian flotilla with only one frigate, the Hetman Sagaidachny.

“Once Russian ships achieve superiority on the water, they will be able to shift their attention to land”, – the expert writes.

Once the interference on the water is removed, the Black Sea submarines will be able to deliver pinpoint strikes against objects on land with a range of up to 1,500 kilometres using Kalibr cruise missiles.

“Black Sea Fleet submarines hiding under dark water could become the main gunslingers”, –  concludes an American publicist.

The scathing analysis of the Ukrainian fleet by the American analyst aims to create a myth in the information space that Russia is not prevented from wiping out a neighbouring state from the face of the planet if it wants to. The foreign media is actively inflating the imaginary “Russian aggression” by making the Western establishment look like defenders of Ukraine.
Earlier, News Front reported on the confidence of the British press that the war between Ukraine and Russia is already in full swing.
