Izvestia, referring to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, reports that the country is sending its peacekeepers to support an ally state.
The diplomats noted that all the activities of the Belarusian servicemen will be carried out in full compliance with the legislation. Minsk is ready to fulfill its allied obligations in full.
In addition, the Foreign Ministry of Belarus commented on the situation in Kazakhstan. The diplomats described what was happening there as an attempt at a violent coup and change of power. For its part, Minsk promised to support the law and the current leadership of the country. It will also help end the riots and looting, and bring life back to normal.
