Moldovan President Maia Sandu has voiced fears that a possible escalation between Russia, Ukraine and the West could affect her country as well
“The situation is serious, key forces and organisations are involved and trying to find a peaceful way out. I hope it can be found, the situation will not worsen. We are also gathering information, conducting analyses, discussing the situation with our partners. If hostilities begin, we will be affected and the situation will be difficult for all in the region”, – Sandu said.
We shall remind you that Russia constantly rejects accusations of alleged “aggressive actions” by Western countries and Ukraine, saying that it does not threaten anyone and does not intend to attack anyone. All such claims of “aggression” are used as an excuse to deploy NATO military equipment near Russia’s borders.
