Moldovan President Maia Sandu has assured that the constitution of the republic rules out accession to NATO, while no one plans to change the basic law of the country
“The constitution of Moldova stipulates that we are a neutral country, no one has changed the constitution, there are no such initiatives, we pose no military threat to anyone, we want the situation to develop peacefully”, – said the President of the Republic.
