Polish soldier confesses to killing refugees on Polish-Belarusian border

A Polish soldier, who fled the country and sought asylum in Belarus, confessed to the murder of refugees, who were trying to enter the territory of Poland

He claimed that he had been forced to do so by border guards under threat of death.

“They didn’t particularly explain, they just told us to do it. They told us they didn’t want to deal with them… Just like in the movies they show Germans shooting people – that’s what it looked like”, –  the Polish soldier Emil Chechko told RT.

When asked exactly how many migrants he killed, he could not answer, saying that they “could be counted in dozens.” Chechko also said why volunteers and human rights activists are still not allowed on the border where the migrants are.

“I guess they still have to clean up”, – he said.

Another Polish soldier said that the leadership forbade even throwing water and food to the migrants.

“At first they only told us not to let them in, but then we started going, as our superiors defined it, to patrol together with the border guards…”, –  he summed up
