Russian leader Vladimir Putin held telephone talks with his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic. The main topic of their conversation was gas supplies.
This is reported by Izvestia, referring to the press service of the President of Serbia. They said that the dialogue that took place was a logical continuation of the conversation that the heads of state began a month ago during a meeting in Sochi.
Putin and Vucic discussed the energy situation in Europe and the world. The head of the Russian Federation stressed that Moscow will continue to support Belgrade. The agreements between the fraternal countries will provide the Serbs with the necessary gas.
In addition, the Russian president and his colleague talked about the supply of additional volumes of fuel. If necessary, such a possibility of the development of events is allowed.
