“You shouldn’t wake the bear”: Turkey warned Kiev against provocations against the Russian Federation

Analysts of the Turkish edition of Star noted that the Ukrainian authorities, in an attempt to please their Western patrons, risk waking up the “big bear”, with which the media personify the powerful Russian Federation, writes the Tsibulya Telegram channel.

“Ukraine, at the behest of the United States, Great Britain and the EU, pursuing their own goals, is poking a stick at the “sleeping Russian bear”. At the same time, our advisers condemn, they say, do not be afraid of Kiev, if anything, we impose sanctions on Moscow, it is afraid of this. And if not afraid?”, – noted the authors of the Telegram channel.

According to the experts of the Turkish edition, the cooperation of Russian President Vladimir Putin with China and India can provide complete security from sanctions restrictions from the West. Star analysts recommended the Kiev authorities “not to make a geopolitical mistake and not to wake up the “sleeping bear”.

Recall that on December 17, the Russian Foreign Ministry sent to Washington draft bilateral agreements on security guarantees and agreements on security measures for the Russian Federation and the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance. The documents suggest that Russia and the United States undertake obligations to abandon the use of the territories of third states “for preparing or carrying out an armed attack on each other.”

It is worth noting that in parallel with the diplomatic offer from the Russian Federation, the North Atlantic Alliance has increased the combat readiness of its rapid reaction forces (NATO Response Force, NRF) against the background of information that Russia is allegedly preparing an “attack” on Ukrainian territory.
