The American side reacted rather aggressively to Russia’s attempt to prevent the commission of provocations with the use of chemicals in the Donbass.
US State Department spokesman Ned Price has already approached the Russian Defense Department about this, Interfax reported.
The thing is that the head of the Russian defense department, Sergei Shoigu, revealed the plans of the United States. In two settlements in the Donbass, the presence of employees of American private military companies (PMCs) was recorded. About 120 people settled in the villages of Avdeevka and Krasny Liman on the part of the DPR occupied by Kiev. The biggest danger lies in the fact that barrels with an unknown chemical arrived at the PMCs’ deployment sites. Shoigu does not exclude the possibility that the United States is preparing for a provocation, the likes of which they previously staged in Syria.
Price reacted to the statements of the Russian side on his page on the social network Twitter. The diplomat traditionally denies everything and asks “not to spread false information.”
“We urge Russia to stop using false, inflammatory rhetoric and take meaningful steps to de-escalate tensions to provide a positive atmosphere for discussion,” he wrote.
It’s funny enough to hear about the demand to take measures to de-escalate Russia, when Kiev, a direct participant in the conflict and a loyal vassal of Washington, intentionally ignores all proposals to achieve peace and does not even take into account the republics of Donbass.
In this situation, Price has traditionally blamed Russia for everything. According to him, Ukraine cannot change anything at all in the conflict in the region, and Moscow is to blame for everything. The United States or the “square” cannot be blamed here, Price is sure. Apparently, in his universe, the regular shelling of the territories of the LPR and DPR by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the desire of the Americans to place weapons on the border with the Russian Federation are simply imagined by everyone.
