Rally near the Rada: people demand to end cooperation with the IMF

Today, a rally is being held near the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, at which residents of the country are protesting against Ukraine’s cooperation with the IMF. The slogan of the action is “Zelensky! Free the country from the stranglehold of the International Monetary Fund!”, reports the Telegram channel PavlovskyNEWS.

The protesters are demanding that the authorities stop taking loans from the International Credit Fund, because their children will have to pay for them. The aim of the action is to achieve “an end to the destructive practice of begging for enslaving IMF loans.”

Earlier, Zelensky said that the International Monetary Fund will provide Ukraine with a new tranche of about $700 million.
