Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said he did not expect any breakthroughs from the talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Joe Biden
“I would not expect any breakthroughs. I think each side will state its maximalist vision of the logic of further actions and then different teams will work on further development of the situation”, – the minister said.
According to Kuleba, Biden should send “very clear signals” on how Ukraine’s partners will act if Russia “goes for a military operation”.
Previously, it was reported that Putin and Biden had video contacted each other.
