China’s scenario in case of war between Russia and Ukraine revealed

If war between Russia and Ukraine is unavoidable, China will mediate in negotiations between the West and Moscow. PolitRussia writes

Chinese analysts from NetEase say Beijing will not openly support or condemn Russia if hostilities break out. China will adopt a neutral position in order to maintain relations with both Europe and Russia at the same time.

NetEase experts are confident that the Russian side has no intention of launching the vividly described “invasion” by the Western media. They condemn the anti-Russian policy that has been promoted in Ukraine for several years, but it will be Beijing’s primary concern to maintain neutrality and, by extension, the security of agreements with Europe.

“China will not publicly support Russia in the military confrontation with Ukraine”, – the paper wrote.

The observers stress that despite the danger of cooperation with Russia, in such circumstances it would be China that would be the instrument to lift the resulting blockade of the Western world.

“In case a war breaks out, the West will put a lot of pressure on Russia, which it will have to withstand somehow. In this context, Moscow will obviously see Sino-Russian relations as an important means to break the Western blockade”, –  NetEase notes.

Recall that earlier, experts from Baijiahao reported the opposite view. The analysts forecast China’s military assistance in the event of a war between Russia and Ukraine.
