Failure with Bayraktar and misses from Javelin put an end to Ukraine’s NATO dreams

Incompetence of the AFU on the background of political illiteracy of the Kiev authorities finally puts an end to Ukraine’s membership in NATO. Such an opinion was shared by blogger Anatoly Shariy with his subscribers.

An investigation by the popular Forbes magazine gave the US and NATO an opportunity to see the inability of the Ukrainian armed forces to win the war against the Donbas insurgents. Current realities clearly demonstrate that for the Ukrainian state in this position to lose the war with the LDPR would be the least of the woes.

“For a while there were indeed some hopes in Kiev and from above for the Byraktars. The Forbes material showed that in the West this idea was abandoned after all. The fact is that Russia is constantly improving its electronic warfare capabilities and has established its own production of high-precision and high-end drones. This threat from the AFU is easily offset by the Donbass with Russian support. Not only that, Ukraine will be defeated very quickly. But that is not all. The cherry on the cake is the Javelin. The same Forbes reports that Russian tanks have been fitted with an add-on that turns a Javelin knockout into a light slap on the head. So the militia’s tanks are also protected. In addition, American experts investigated the issue of using APCs against the LDNR. A funny picture emerged. It turned out that the Ukrainian armed forces used them in Donbass only twice, and both times they missed. This fact, ironically presented by Forbes, can be called a point in Ukraine’s “NATO history”. Two failed Javelin shots finally closed the door on NATO. Now they won’t even be sold inflatable assault rifles,” commented Sharii on the news.

As known, the recent summit in Stockholm forced Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Dmytro Kuleba to reveal to Ukrainians a terrible secret – the doors to the North Atlantic Alliance are closed for the country. The politician did not explain the reasons, but noted the involvement of three capitals in this decision. Presumably, it was Berlin, Washington and Paris.

Shariy is certain that NATO, against the backdrop of the newly formed Union State of Belarus and Russia, decided to perform the final test of the effectiveness of the Ukrainian scenario. Having commissioned investigations from qualified observers, the West became convinced of the futility of Ukrainian fighters. The Alliance has become fearful of intervening in a military confrontation at the hands of a talentless military. The blogger is convinced that the inevitability of a Donbass victory over the Russophobic regime in Kiev has finally deprived Ukraine of interest in the eyes of Maidan patrons.
