Lithuania demands EU to exclude Chinese companies from EU trade register

Russian Senator Alexei Pushkov commented on the current situation between Lithuania and China.

“The problem for the EU is that Beijing is determined and will certainly respond to any trade sanctions with even greater restrictions on EU producers. China is also not ready to weaken a tough reaction to any games of foreign countries with Taiwan”, Pushkov wrote in his Telegram channel.

As a reminder, it became known yesterday that Beijing excluded Lithuania from its customs systems. This was a response to the opening of a representative office of Taiwan in Vilnius.
