Russian Federal Security Service officers have detained an agent of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry
This was reported by TASS, citing a statement by the FSB Public Relations Centre (TsOS). The detainee arrived in the Russian Federation to commit an act of terrorism.
The young man, 1998, turned out to be Tsilyk Aleksandr Viktorovich, originally from the Kiev region. Law enforcers said he had already testified and confessed to his plans.
“He has made a confession that he was recruited and acted on the instructions of Lieutenant Colonel Maxim Leonidovich Kirilovets, born in 1988, head of the sector – an employee of the operational group of the operational department of the special reserve of the State Security Service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine”, – said the Digital learning environment.

Tsylyk planned to detonate two improvised explosive devices with a total weight of 1.5 kilograms in TNT equivalent.
