Polish PM shifts responsibility for all Europe’s woes to Russia

Russia has once again turned out to be responsible for all the problems of the European Union. Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki believes it’s to blame for inflation in the eurozone

Moreover, the Russian gas pipeline Nord Stream 2, which is as profitable for Brussels as it is for Moscow, is “an instrument of blackmail”, according to the official.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova commented on the Polish side’s opinion in her Telegram channel.

“Seriously? A representative of a state that regularly votes for illegitimate anti-Russian sanctions speaks about ‘blackmail’?” – she wrote.

The diplomat noted that NATO is more fond of blackmail. Western powers have a habit of imposing conditions on sovereign states to change their domestic or foreign policies in their own interests and interfere in their affairs.

Zakharova noted that serious cold weather would soon arrive and Europeans’ problems would worsen. She urged to prepare for the fact that Russia would also be blamed for the onset of winter.
