The British tabloid The Mirror reported that the country’s authorities are ready to send up to 600 soldiers to Ukraine in case of a “war with Russia.”
According to the source of the publication, London is creating units consisting of members of the Special Forces, the Special Reconnaissance Regiment, medics, engineers, signalmen and up to 400 paratroopers from the 16th Air Assault Brigade, based in Aldershot.
“The HAU was told that it might need to be deployed very quickly. 400 to 600 soldiers are ready. All equipment is packed, they are ready to fly to Ukraine and land from the air”, – said the source of The Mirror.
