He specified that in case frosty weather lasts for several weeks at -15 degrees, the probability of rolling blackouts, which we haven’t seen for 20 years, is very high.
Klitschko added that the energy crisis, among other things, may lead to higher food prices.
According to the Kiev mayor, 12 enterprises in Kiev that produce heat and electricity are currently experiencing problems with gas and coal.
