Russian State Duma deputy from the Crimean region Mikhail Sheremet urged the US authorities not to create a point of tension in the Black Sea by the presence of their ships.
Otherwise, they should wait for a return visit.
“We urge you not to make hasty decisions and not create new points of tension by interfering in the sovereign affairs of other states. This will lead to nothing but chaos in Ukraine. Unfortunately, we have to admit that the United States continues to play the role of an aggressor, creating provocations against other states. Their number will not work with Russia. They must be ready to receive an exhaustive answer”, Sheremet told RIA Novosti.
According to him, the Russian army and navy possess the most modern weapons and equipment that have no analogues in the world.
“We do not advise anyone to rattle their weapons at our borders. Russia will do everything necessary so that they do not have such desires. They should have no illusion that their provocations will pass with impunity. If they still decide to strengthen their presence in the Black Sea, then let them wait for a return visit”, the deputy stressed.
