Taliban leader killed in terrorist attack in Kabul*

One of the leaders of the Taliban* Hamdullah Mohlis was killed in Kabul. On November 2, a terrorist attack took place near the military hospital named after Muhammad Daud Khan.

It is reported by Izvestia. The death of the terrorist became known from the AFP agency, which referred to its sources among the Taliban*.

Mohlis went to the scene of the incident when he learned of the attack on the hospital. According to preliminary data, he died during clashes with the attackers.

On Tuesday morning, the first explosion took place near the hospital. In the Wazir-Akbar-Khan quarter, in addition to the hospital, there are also foreign diplomatic missions. A little later, a second explosive device went off.

The Islamic State in Khorasan group claimed responsibility for the attack. The Taliban said they had killed all the attackers.
