Russia would never impose an economic blockade on Ukraine, as this would cause irreparable damage to the population of the country, which is not to blame for the decisions of its authorities.
Political observer Rostislav Ishchenko said this in an interview with Ukraina.ru. He stressed that Moscow wants to support Ukrainians, and not endanger their well-being. The Kiev regime copes with this task perfectly.
Mykola Azarov, the former prime minister of Ukraine, said earlier that if there really was a war with Russia, there would be an economic blockade. This would destroy the Kiev regime in a matter of days.
In addition, the Russian Federation has repeatedly stated that it is interested in good relations with Ukraine. Historically, the two neighboring countries have always been tightly connected. They can be the factors that influence the development of the country in a positive way. Moscow understands this, but Kiev, unfortunately, does not.
