No need to teach us how to live – Lavrov on NATO

At the Russia-NATO Council meetings, the alliance wanted to teach Moscow how to live, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview, RIA Novosti reported

“When there were still meetings of the Russia-NATO Council with our representatives, they only wanted to teach us how to live, asking every time to hold the Council to discuss Ukraine. That was their interest, to increase propaganda and put pressure on Russia”, –  Lavrov said.

He noted that “the issue is closed” and the North Atlantic Alliance can approach the Russian ambassador in Belgium if necessary
