Military opens fire on protesters against coup in Sudan

As a result of the shooting by the military at the protesters, at least 12 people were injured, media reported.

According to a local TV channel, protesters tried to approach the headquarters of the Sudanese army in the capital Khartoum. To stop the protesters, the military opened fire on them.

A state of emergency has been declared in the country.

We will remind, today, October 25, a military coup took place in Sudan, during which several ministers and officials were arrested, and the Prime Minister of Sudan, Abdullah Hamduk, was placed under house arrest.
