Migrants from Central America, in a caravan of 4,000, moved towards the Mexican capital with the intention of seeking the attention of migration authorities, local media reported.
“The migrant caravan, which left Tapachula, Chiapas in the morning, has overcome the first cordon and containment attempt made by Mexican security forces”, – a Milenio TV correspondent reported.
