Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed readiness to supply energy resources to the EU, it was reported
“Of course, our plans to complete a major project, the Southern Gas Corridor, are not limited to that. We see that we can become a supplier for many other members of the European Union”, – Aliyev said.
He added that energy supplies from Azerbaijan would contribute to European energy security.
“We plan to work together with the European Union to expand the geography of our supplies – especially now, in winter, when everyone sees that the alternative source in terms of an alternative route is exactly the energy security”, – Azerbaijani President said.
