Poland talks about loss of US interest in NATO

According to the Polish expert, the establishment of the trilateral partnership of the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia AUKUS, indicates the reorientation of Washington from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean

According to Ukraine.ru, Polish political philosopher Radoslaw Czarnecki said that the conclusion of the new alliance is associated with the shift of the centres of American civilization to the west coast of America and the loss by NATO of the influence that the alliance has had in recent decades.

“It is clear that the United States is definitely and definitely abandoning the priority of Euro-Atlanticism, shifting its main focus to the Pacific region … In fact, one could read such a shift of American policy in the statements of its leading representatives for a long time already – at least since the first presidency of Barack Obama. Of course, they were very veiled at the time, but the message was clear”,  – says Czarnecki.

According to the expert, creation of AUKUS became a kind of “knife in the back” to Europe that loses favour with Anglo-Saxons, but does not cease to be dependent on the will of the United States.
