Certification procedures for Nord Stream-2 are underway, but it is difficult to say what kind of “legal squiggles” can be used by the opponents of this project.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko told RIA Novosti.
“The procedures are underway, they are quite complicated, and it is still difficult to say what legal squiggles can be used by the opponents of this project. But I will stress again: all the necessary steps, including in the legal field, have been taken, and we firmly hope that this project will be implemented”, the diplomat said.
