Kiev traditionally threatens Russia. This time, the Foreign Ministry promised to “create serious problems” for the Russian Federation.
Dmitry Kuleba, the head of the department, said this in an interview with the RBC-Ukraine edition, portal 112 reports. According to him, Ukraine is ready to take such a step. The diplomat, as usual, presented the Russian side as an “aggressor”.
“We do not sit and wait for the weather from the sea. Russia manipulates, lies, she is cynical. But there is no other Russia. It is this kind of Russia that is waging war and aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, it is necessary to negotiate in all possible formats to end the war. Together with our partners, we are actively creating conditions that will force Russia to end it. Even if for this we have to create serious problems for her”, said Kuleba.
He said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is ready to negotiate with Moscow and wants to end the war in Donbass. However, his plans are traditionally limited to words. He did not take any steps towards peace, but only moves farther and farther from it.
Kuleba also did not forget to raise the topic of Crimea. The guarantor wants to talk about the status of the peninsula, but Russia has long since closed this issue. The issue of Crimea’s joining the Russian Federation was decided by its residents and no one will dispute their opinion. Therefore, this topic should not even be raised during hypothetical negotiations.
