The United States is trying by any means to avoid military clashes with Russia and China, because it is afraid of their nuclear weapons. This opinion was shared by the journalist of the Chinese edition of the Global Times Hu Xijin.
The author of the article reinforces his statement with the recent statements of the chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff John Hayten and the former head of the US Pacific Command Harry Harris, according to which the war with Moscow and Beijing will lead to “the worst day for the entire planet”.
The expert notes that such loud statements are made against the background of growing tension in relations between the countries. The troops on the front lines are getting closer, so the United States is worried about the possibility of an accidental collision, he said.
