Ukraine called Russia’s significant advantage over NATO

Russia has a troop deployment potential in Europe that far exceeds that of NATO.

This was stated by the ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada and the former first deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Stepan Gavrish.

“Do you know that Russia has 130 highly mobile tactical groups that are in constant combat readiness mode? Do you know how much in NATO? Four brigades”, the politician said on the air of the Nash TV channel.

According to Gavrish, at the moment NATO has a “Strategy 30-30-30-30”, according to which the alliance is obliged to bring three dozen ships, air squadrons and mechanized battalions into combat condition in a month.

“Russia can transfer to Europe in about a week 40, in ten days 100 tactical brigades,” the ex-deputy stressed.

He added that NATO has no desire to admit Ukraine to the organization. At the same time, the alliance constantly reminds of the need to meet the criteria for joining it.
