Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski claims he felt no pressure from former US President Donald Trump during a phone call about the investigation into Hunter Biden
“I never thought there was any pressure. I thought there was room for improvement. I always thought we were an independent country and I feel like an independent and ambitious person who learns from the best every day”, – Zelensky said in an interview with CNN, answering a related question. – “That was my conversation with President Trump. I knew we needed a good relationship with the US, that they supported us and we should get more from them.”
“I didn’t feel he was forcing me to do anything. I am the president of my country, no one can put pressure on us”, – Zelensky added.
