Sputnik Light approved for use in Armenia

Armenia approved the use of Sputnik Light, a single-component Russian vaccine against coronavirus.

This is reported by “Narodnye Novosti”, referring to the statement of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).

“The Russian Direct Investment Fund announces the approval of the use of the Russian single-component vaccine against coronavirus Sputnik Light by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia,” the fund said.

Earlier, in February this year, Armenia approved the use of the first Russian vaccine against COVID-19 – Sputnik V. The Lite version is the first component of this drug. Many countries report that it demonstrates a high level of effectiveness.
