Relations between the EU and the PRC are now experiencing difficult times, said Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
According to TASS, on Friday, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, at a press conference following an informal meeting of foreign ministers held in the capital of Slovenia, which is chairing the EU Council until the end of the year, said that the foreign ministers of the EU countries consider Community relations with China are difficult, but note the importance of intensifying engagement on Afghanistan.
“The ministers have decided to work more actively with China on Afghanistan,” Borrell said and stressed that relations between the EU and China are now “experiencing difficult times”.
