“It’s not always sunny”: Zelensky appreciated the meeting with Biden

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the meeting with American leader Joe Biden took place in a normal, but not always sunny, atmosphere.

“In general, the meeting was in a normal, productive, not always sunny atmosphere. A normal male conversation”, Zelensky said during a press conference following the talks in Washington.

The President of Ukraine separately stressed that the negotiations lasted two hours instead of the planned hour, which, in his opinion, indicates the interest of the parties in the dialogue and its results.

As previously reported by News Front, a joint statement by the United States and Ukraine, which was published after the meeting between Biden and Zelensky, refers to the “danger” of Nord Stream-2 for the energy security of European countries.

Experts note that the Ukrainian president was unequivocally able to achieve “success” in negotiations with the head of the White House, since Biden did not fall asleep during the meeting, as happened during a conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Benet.
