The Israeli Air Force attacked targets of the Palestinian movement Hamas in the Gaza Strip in response to the launch of Molotov cocktails, reports EurAsia Daily.
“Military aircraft struck at night the Hamas military complex, which is used for the preparation and production of weapons, as well as the Hamas entrance to the Jabaliya tunnel in response to violent riots (on the Gaza-Israel border) and the launch of incendiary balloons from the Gaza Strip in the direction of Israel”, – wrote on Twitter the representative of the Israeli army Avihai Edri.
In late July, the Palestinian movement Hamas resumed the launch of Molotov cocktails from the Gaza Strip towards the Israeli border. The country’s leadership announced that it would not tolerate “fire terror” by radicals and would react to incendiary balloons like rockets.
