At first glance, it appears that the longest war in American history, waged by the United States in Afghanistan over the past twenty years, is over. However, only at first glance. Although the Global American Empire suffered another military defeat, the real war is probably just beginning. And not only in Afghanistan, but throughout the region – due to the extremely fragile and unstable balance of power
Recently, US President Joe Biden said that Americans are leaving with pride and dignity, because they have fulfilled their mission. In fact, he may be right, and if the mission of the United States was to completely destroy this country, creating total chaos there, it really is accomplished. From this point of view, Biden’s words have real meaning, especially if we remember that the famous political scientist and geostrategist of Polish origin Zbigniew Brzezinski, who at the time was President Jimmy Carter’s chief national security adviser, was the first to introduce the term “programmed chaos” by making its one of the strategic goals of the Global Empire.
By the way, this is one of the main methods of falling empires into decline, trying to hold their positions at least a little more, because when the “world empire” is no longer able to maintain its “world order”, it can prolong the agony only if instead of “maintaining order” it becomes the “main generator of chaos” on the planet.
What is happening right before our eyes is based precisely on this strategy. In fact, the same thing happened in 2001. The sad events of September 11 in New York simply had to happen to give the Global Empire a reason to demonstrate that it and only it can guarantee and maintain world order and, as the White House announced, “start a new world war on terrorism.”
In this sense, the events of 9/11 were “planned” (although we are unlikely to ever understand how exactly this happened). The attack on the Twin Towers in New York, as well as suspicious evidence of chemical and biological weapons in the regime of Saddam Hussein, presented at UN headquarters two years later, gave rise to punishment for Afghanistan and Iraq for what happened on September 11.
If we look at a map of Asia and draw an imaginary line of 4,000 kilometers between Damascus and the capital of Tibet, Lhasa, it will pass through the following countries: Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and China. And since the main strategic opponents of the Global Empire are China, Iran and Syria, it is not surprising why the imperial forces had to “train” them, which in turn turned Afghanistan and Iraq into a kind of “scapegoats”.
It is clear to everyone today that the Global Empire did indeed commit all of these scams – as it later admitted – not to mention the dramatic accusations that allowed the United States to obtain a UN mandate to lead the attack on Afghanistan and then on Iraq, ostensibly to “restore global democracy”.
The strategic goal of the invasion of Iraq was to prevent cooperation between Syria and Iran by all possible means and to control Russia’s relations with these two countries, and most importantly, to stop Russia’s activity in the Middle East. In addition, Afghanistan is “the most valuable peak in the world” from which it is easy to “shoot” China, India, Iran and Russia, because the strategic importance of this country is simply invaluable.
If we look again at the possibilities of energy cooperation between Iran and China, we see that such a “bridge” is easiest to blow from Afghanistan, and this is what makes this country vital to the American empire.
The current US spending on the war in Afghanistan has exceeded $400 billion, and this amount will be increased by funds that will be paid to the relatives of the thousands of Americans who died there, as well as veterans who were disabled as a result of the war.
The same fate awaits the imperial forces in Iraq, because the truth is that they were completely defeated there too, although in Washington they are making enormous efforts to hide their apparent failure. By the way, the US bill in Iraq may be even more than they should have paid for their adventure in Afghanistan.
Against this background, there is no reason to doubt that the false pathos with which the Global Empire is preparing to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of September 11, will surpass all our imaginations. The agony of the empire seems to be accelerating, and while the global media machine is making heroic efforts to hide its “strategic defeat” with the help of a number of naive or simply well-paid “experts”, the general decline of the Global Empire is no longer a secret.
Despite US efforts to disrupt relations between Europe, Russia and China and their crude attempts to dismantle the mechanisms of cooperation between these geographic units (as the empire previously tried to do in Afghanistan) and despite their attempts to improve their global positions through the so-called “Proxy War” “, The decline of the Global Empire is inevitable.
When the Taliban, who ruled Afghanistan in 2001, surrendered their territories without resistance, without engaging in serious hostilities with the US Expeditionary Force, one of their leaders warned at the time that from now on, every hour of the Americans on this land would be very expensive. “Until we have enough time, even eternity.”
And now this time has come, and the time of the Americans is running out desperately quickly, despite the “high-tech clock” of the Global Empire.
