Shooting in the USA: a teenager staged a shootout at school

At a high school in the American city of Albuquerque (New Mexico), one of the students started shooting. As a result of the incident, a teenager died, according to The Washington Post.

“We were called from Washington School in downtown Albuquerque regarding the shooting. We soon found out that there was a separate shooting incident between two student boys. One of them shot the other. Whoever shot is in custody, we are investigating. The student who was shot unfortunately died”, said Kyle Hartsock, deputy chief of the local police.

It is known that the student who shot the gun was 13 years old. Currently, the police are establishing the circumstances of the incident and are trying to figure out how the teenager managed to get a weapon.

According to experts, shootings in the United States have begun to take on the character of an epidemic. Earlier it was reported that an unknown person shot three people in Cleveland. And in Miami, the American state of Florida, seven people were killed in a shootout.
