“In 2020, the Russian Federation exported agricultural products worth $ 30.5 billion against $ 25.6 billion in 2019,” the Ministry of Agriculture noted.

According to the ministry’s forecast, this year exports will amount to about $ 30 billion. The turn of 2030 is set at $ 47 billion.

It should be noted that the European Union became the leader in purchases of Russian food, which removed China from this position. Since the beginning of the year, Russian agricultural products worth $ 2.087 billion have been supplied to the European market, which is 31% more than a year earlier. China is close to the leader, having imported agricultural products from the Russian Federation for $ 2.083 billion (4% less). Turkey remains in third place with an indicator of $2 billion.
