Admiral Robert Burke, commander of the US Navy in Europe and Africa, has accused Russia of provocations in the Black Sea
According to the military, Moscow itself is doing everything for the US to strike the Russian forces in the Black Sea. Thus Washington is trying to shift the responsibility for destabilization of the situation in the region from NATO to Russians.
Against the background of the recent provocation of the British destroyer Defender in the Black Sea Burke’s statements do not look just ridiculous, but not quite adequate.
Most likely, the admiral decided to conceal the true motives of the West and NATO member states on escalation of the situation in the Black Sea with his Russophobe policy.
