Organizations in Britain decided to deprive the management of banks of money for the lack of LGBT employees in the team

The Bank of England and the Financial Conduct Authority came up with a corresponding initiative.

As the tg-channel Sudakov writes, the income of the heads of British banks and investment companies can be tied from 2022 to the share of gays, lesbians, people with disabilities and representatives of national minorities in the team.

“They conceived to ensure that high-ranking bankers and financiers were directly responsible for the level of gender, ethnic and other progressive diversity in their organizations,” writes the author of the channel.

It is assumed that the low level of representation of progressive employees will deprive the top management of a part of their salaries.
